Forrest Schwartz, the dynamic Founder and CEO of Bowling Alley Marketing (BAM), is no stranger to entrepreneurship and the drive to assist small business owners in achieving success.
Beginning his career in print advertising sales, Forrest discovered a love for working with local businesses. However, realizing that digital mediums held the key to the future, he left print behind and, at just 20 years old, established his first digital marketing agency. Although he faced many trials and errors in those early days, Forrest took these experiences in stride, viewing them as invaluable lessons rather than setbacks.
To gain further business acumen, Forrest spent six years in the financial services industry, first at a boutique firm, then at TD Ameritrade. There, he earned his Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 certifications, as well as Life and Health certifications, equipping him with a broad knowledge base in investment and money management.
Yet, Forrest's entrepreneurial spirit remained strong. Compelled to assist small business owners and fueled by his ambition, he left TD Ameritrade in 2019 to create his second agency, TopLine Growth. It was during this period that he began working with Midway Bowl, a collaboration that led to significant business growth and, in turn, an opportunity to invest in a second location. This venture marked Forrest's first step into becoming a proprietor and cemented his resolution to dedicate his agency to the singular focus of helping bowling centers grow. Thus, BAM was born.
Under Forrest's leadership, BAM currently partners with 35 bowling centers across the country, with an impressive average business growth of 21% in the first year of collaboration.
On the personal front, Forrest resides in Boiling Springs, PA, with his fiancee, Whitney, and their English Bulldog, Elie. When he's not helping bowling centers strike it big, Forrest stays active by bodybuilding, road biking, and hiking. As the eldest of eight siblings, he knows a thing or two about teamwork and leadership – lessons he applies both in fitness and in business.
