When someone has a true understanding of an industry, they have the ability to boil down broad concepts into simple, easy to follow ideas. Bart displayed this beautifully while discussing how to think about leagues today.
“What other product has the ability to have somebody see them multiple weeks and pay for that? It just doesn’t happen. Even your favorite restaurant, you wouldn’t want to go 10 or 12 weeks in a row. It would just get old. But yet we can come up with products and programs that people will come see us 10, 12, 30, 35 weeks in a row…”
He then goes on to explain how you can string together shorter leagues back to back and before a guest knows it, they’ve come to your center 24 weeks in a row. Wow. Talk about a business booster.
