Micro events

I think we can all agree that large events (groups of 100 or more) are down from their pre-pandemic levels. Many larger organizations aren’t quite ready to gather again en masse.

But that doesn’t mean team building is gone. Listen to what Bart Burger of the BPAA has to say about the emergence of what he calls “micro events”

“Normally they come to see you for their holiday party, or an annual event where it’d be 100 strong. They’re not quite ready for that. But they might do 4-5 events of 10-12 each, or departmental. Because people hang in their tribe…”
