What demographic do you want to attract?
We talk to lots of successful proprietors through our podcast “Striking Success” (click here to watch/listen) and I’ve noticed a common thread from the last few interviews.
All of them have strongly encouraged proprietors to ask and answer this question for themselves: Who do you want to attract to your center?

You can’t be excellent at everything for everyone, so your best bet is to answer this question for your center and double down on those customers. What do they want? What would appeal to them?
In the marketing world, this is commonly referred to as your “ideal customer profile” and is typically one of the first questions asked when creating a marketing strategy. Going deeper with fewer ideal customers is your best bet when it comes to delivering a better experience.
